1. Our Core Principle: Complete Data Sovereignty
At Titan Metric, we operate under a zero-compromise charter regarding your biological and athletic data:
We NEVER sell, rent, or broker your personal health information, biomarker lab panels, or physique photos to third-party data brokers, pharmaceutical marketers, or advertisers.
We do NOT monetize health insights. Our business model is 100% funded by direct software subscription memberships.
You own your data unconditionally. You may export your entire clinical history or purge it permanently at any time.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to provide our physiological tracking and athletic cockpit services:
Account Identity
Email address, encrypted password hash (bcrypt), WebAuthn passkey public keys, and notification preferences.
Biomarker & Lab Data
Bloodwork panel numbers (Testosterone, Estradiol, Hematocrit, Lipid panels, etc.), collection dates, and optional PDF lab reports.
Workout exercise sets, load, repetitions, RPE, body weight, circumference measurements, and optional physique check-in photos.
3. Apple HealthKit & Google Health Connect Compliance
When enabled by the user, Titan Metric accesses HealthKit and Health Connect data (e.g., Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Sleep Duration, Steps, and Active Calories):
Sole Purpose: HealthKit/Health Connect metrics are used exclusively to compute your daily Recovery Score and physiological readiness inside the app.
Zero Advertising: In compliance with Apple and Google Developer Policies, data obtained from HealthKit or Health Connect is NEVER disclosed or sold to third parties for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining.
Local Control: You can revoke HealthKit or Health Connect permissions at any time through your iOS Settings or Android Health Connect settings.
Titan Metric utilizes large language models (LLMs) via Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini APIs to assist in summarizing lab reports, explaining reference ranges, and generating coaching draft insights:
Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR): All prompts processed via our enterprise AI endpoints operate under strict Zero-Data-Retention agreements. Your biological data is never retained, stored, or used to train public or private foundation AI models.
De-Identification: Personal identity tokens (name, email, street address) are stripped from lab summaries before being passed to AI processing nodes.
5. Security & Encryption Architecture
While Titan Metric is a direct-to-consumer software platform and not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider, we enforce enterprise-grade security standards to safeguard your data:
Encryption in Transit: All web and mobile requests utilize TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL encryption.
Encryption at Rest: All database records are stored in serverless PostgreSQL clusters protected by AES-256 volume encryption.
Authentication Security: Multi-factor authentication (TOTP authenticator apps), biometric WebAuthn passkeys (FaceID / TouchID / Windows Hello), and secure session cookies with strict SameSite protection.
6. Account Deletion & Data Erasure (Apple Guideline 5.1.1)
In full accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1 and global privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA), you have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated health records permanently:
Option A: In-App Self-Service
Navigate to Settings → Account Security → Delete Account. Confirm with your password to immediately initiate irreversible database erasure.
Option B: Direct Email Request
Send an email from your registered account address to privacy@titanmetric.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Requests are fulfilled within 48 hours.
What Happens Upon Deletion: All profile records, biomarker test readings, protocol schedules, dose confirmations, workout logs, physique photos, and active sessions are permanently erased from our primary database and cloud storage buckets.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Titan Metric is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal health information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has submitted personal information, we will immediately delete the data and terminate the account.
