The software is designed exclusively for educational, self-directed health tracking, and athletic optimization purposes. Nothing in the platform constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, prescription writing, or treatment protocols. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician with any questions regarding medical conditions, hormone replacement therapy, or medication interactions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Titan Metric mobile application, website, or associated services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use the Service. Use by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Titan Metric provides tiered subscription access (Titan Core, Titan Pro, and Titan Elite) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
How to Manage & Cancel (iOS): You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Titan Metric → Cancel Subscription.
How to Manage & Cancel (Android): Open the Google Play Store app → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Titan Metric → Cancel.
Refunds: All purchases and refund requests for in-app subscriptions are processed directly by Apple or Google under their respective terms of sale. Titan Metric does not have the technical ability to issue refunds on behalf of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not use Titan Metric to:
Impersonate a licensed physician, pharmacist, or clinical practitioner.
Distribute, solicit, advertise, or facilitate the illegal sale of prescription medications, controlled substances, or unapproved pharmaceutical compounds.
Upload inaccurate, fraudulent, or falsified laboratory reports with the intent to deceive coaches or clinical observers.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary titration algorithms, pharmacokinetic curve models, or source code.
4. User-Generated Data Sovereignty & Intellectual Property
You retain sole and exclusive ownership of all health telemetry, laboratory reports, biomarker readings, and workout logs you submit to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Titan Metric a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the application for you.
Titan Metric and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, user interface design, logos, algorithms, and educational materials.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TITAN METRIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TITAN METRIC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY BIOMARKER CALCULATIONS.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation.
